Global Creative Content Assistant Manager

As the Global Creative Content Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in planning, creating, enhancing, and maintaining content to enrich our digital presence across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities will involve aligning this content with our brand value and objectives. Additionally, you will focus on captivating audiences in the North American markets, monitoring traffic, and measuring KPIs to optimize our strategies and improve performance.


The ideal candidate for this position will present a vibrant and engaging personality, coupled with a knack for strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and the ability to craft compelling content that aligns with current trends and resonates with our target audience. A deep understanding of social media trends and content marketing, particularly within the skincare and beauty realm, is crucial for success in this role.


Moreover, proficiency in both written and spoken English, along with editing skills using popular applications and software, is a must-have for this position.


Key Responsibilities:


●    Plan and implement the content strategy for the Global Marketing Team with clear KPIs.

●    Craft content strategies that align seamlessly with the company’s long-term and short-term goals, industry trends, and target audience.

●    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency, quality, and alignment with overall branding and marketing initiatives.

●    Stay up to date with the social media landscape, industry trends, competitor activities and emerging platforms to enhance content effectiveness.

●    Oversee end to end content creation processes, ensuring high quality, on brand deliverables for the team that consistently meet and exceed set KPIs.

●    Provide guidance to Content Assistants to ensure the delivery of top notch content.

●    Conduct regular content audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and optimize engagement and reach.

●    Report directly to the Manager providing regular updates on content performance, trends and initiatives.

●    Assist in coordinating and executing photo and video shoots during pre and post production phases, as well as offering on site support.

●    Capture video and photo content at sets, events, and other marketing activations.

●    Participate in as well as conduct various team meetings to facilitate content ideation, planning, execution and evaluation.

●    Manage and operate various brand social media channels to sustain ongoing and dynamic presence, fostering continual audience engagement through interactions like comments, DMs and beyond.


Requirements/Qualifications:


●    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

●    4+ years of experience in a similar role within the skincare or beauty industry.

●    Strong grasp of the social media landscape, content marketing strategies and current trends.

●    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

●    Proficient in editing software and tools for creating engaging content.

●    Proven track record of developing successful content strategies that yield results.

●    Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

●    Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and consistently meeting deadlines.
