About The Job
As a part of Digital Operation team, you will deliver rich experiences for clients by managing E-commerce platforms and systems and assist both system and operational enhancement to meet clients' expectations in a timely manner. Also you are expected to accomplish operational excellence by managing daily tasks and productivity.

- Position: Digital Operation Assistant (6months - possible to extend up to 1year)
- Department: E-retail
- Location: Seoul Office (Jung-gu)
- Period: ASAP : 6months
- Help operate E-Commerce site with best consumer experience by assisting operation issues and errors.
- Support with QA and testing functions for new project launches.
- Assist with digital operation daily work, report, and internal requests, etc.
- Adhoc support with any urgent work (eg. extracting and combining of raw data, etc.)
- Study the competitor’s trends and new process to build ideas further.
- +3 years of experience in eCommerce related or supply chain sector.
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Fluent in speaking and writing both English and Korean and proficient in Microsoft Excel/PPT
- Collaboratively work with various teams and good communication skills
- Certification in CPIM/CPSM/PMP preferred
- Commercial mindset with proactive approach to acting on various ways to improve the work
