INPSIRE Entertainment Resort PR팀에서 CSR 관련 Specialist급 인재를 채용합니다. 언론 및 미디어 홍보 쪽 관련 분야 또는 대기업 및 사회 공헌관련 단체 등에서 관련 업무 최소3년 이상 경험이 있으신 분에 한하여 지원 가능하며, 외국계 기업 및 관광업계 출신은 우대합니다. 업무상 다양한 국적의 Stakeholder와의 Global Communication이 빈번한 포지션으로 Fluent 하지 않더라도 자신의 의견을 명확하고 자신 있게 소통하실 수 있는 분을 선호합니다. 자세한 사항은 아래의 Job Description을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Public Relations & CSR, the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Specialist is responsible for operating INSPIRE’s CSR programs, supporting its ESG initiatives, and raising public awareness of its commitments to a sustainable business, ranging from, but not limited to, Charitable Donation, CSR Campaigns, CSR/ESG-related Stakeholder Engagement and Media Relations, Publicity, Social Responsibility Reporting. The job involves creating links with its employees and the community and building positive brand reputation of the organization around the CSR/ESG agenda.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Conducts research into best practices and trends on the CSR/ESG agenda to explore and propose impactful campaign strategy, partnerships, and programs
• Creates and actions CSR programs, as well as conducts program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness
• Builds relationships and engages with various CSR/ESG stakeholders and partners, including charities, community-based organizations, nonprofit, related 3rd party/vendors, employees, and others
• Raises public awareness of INSPIRE's CSR/ESG commitments through effective publicity and media relations
• Reports on CSR performance to internal management & teams, as well as external stakeholders as needed
• Closely works with and supports for employee volunteering activities
• Helps internal people understand the value of responsible business and get them engaged
• Works with PR or other agencies to develop leading-edge CSR programs
• General PR responsibility including: Media Relations and Inquiry Handling, Issue Management, News monitoring, PR Events, etc.

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business, or other relevant fields
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the similar role (e.g. CSR, ESG, community relations, corporate affairs/communications, etc.)
• Excellent communication and writing skills both in Korean and English
• Confidence and activeness in building relationships and engagement with various internal and external stakeholders related to CSR/ESG
• Strategic thinking, and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Project management ability including planning, organizing, and managing multiple tasks and multiple stakeholders at once
• Ability to work independently, as well as in teamwork
• Attention to detail, organized, and plans his/her time accordingly to ensure deadlines are hit
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive matters
• Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protect any information that classified as confidential.
• Maintaining honesty and integrity with superior, subordinates and guests

• Be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time
• Be able to work in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions
• Be able to work flexible hours, travel, and frequent work outside
• Must be willing to work flexible to support resort operations.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and passport.
• Must be willing to travel locally and regionally to conduct business, and occasional travel within Korea. (해외 여행의 결격 사유가 없는 자)
