Job Description
1. Based on AliExpress global business layout, formulate the business development strategy in South Korea.
2. Take a data driven approach to problem solving, engage local business stakeholders and functional leaders to implement long-term and sustainable product solutions that best suit the local market.
3. Assist to build the e-commerce eco system between mainland China and South Korea region.
4. Manage strategic cooperation projects to meet new business requirements and ensure successful implementation.
5. A demonstrated track record of successful project management, develop and evaluate options, and implement solutions.
6. Big picture mindset and regular thinking on expansion and scalability.
Qualification
1. MBA/Master in Economics or Statistics, from a top-tier university is preferred.
2. 5+ years’ experience in international strategy/operations consulting firms or leading Internet/e-commerce/consumer goods companies.
3. Excellence in data analytics, ability to independently conduct data analysis and produce data driven solutions.
4. Strong logical and critical thinking skills to highlight complex problems; intellectual curiosity with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Dynamic personality with quick reaction to changing environments and ability to work under pressure.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Korean is a plus.
