Supply Chain Administrator

Our client provides comprehensive technology protection and support, trusted by major global brands and serving a billion customers in over 30 countries.


Order Management

  • Processing of Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Credit Note and Debit Note via ERP (JDE)
  • Prepare shipping instruction by consolidating data required for shipment and sales order creation in ERP
  • Coordinate import/export and prepare shipping documentation.
  • Coordinate delivery to local customer with Sales & 3PL
  • Manage return product and ensure those are properly shipped to other customer/entity

Reporting & Analysis

  • Daily Inbound/Outbound tracking

Data and Inventory management

  • Daily stock status update & reconciliation in Likewize system and applications
  • Daily stock reconciliation between 3PL & Likewize
  • Update and submit inventory reports
  • Update, summarize and share daily SOH
  • Item master creation and maintenance


Conditions

Office location: Minato-ku, Tokyo

Working time: 9:00 - 18:00

Work from home: 3-4 days per week

Overtime: None

Contract type: Hakenshain

Hourly rate: Negotiable
