Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
Implementation of new LCAG handling processes at GHA level
Inspection of services provided to LCAG by the GHA as per contract (Annex B and SLA in terms of CHM)
Conduction of meetings with the GHA on regular basis to discuss service performance
Reporting deviations from agreed standards
Establishing, maintaining and evaluating statistical data provided by the SPC tool (Station Performance Cockpit)
Supervision of daily activities of LCAG staff and performing spot checks with appropriate methods
Manages, encourages, guides and evaluates his/her team members, this includes agency staff contracted by LCAG
Ensures that LCAG skill levels are matched and maintained to facilitate peaks in Import, Export and Transit
Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by superior
Requirements
The ideal Senior Cargo Supervisor must fulfill the following requirements:
High school diploma/GED required
2 or 3 years of experience in logistics, airfreight handling and/or operations
English and other required
Japanese language advanced required
Qualification accoring to CHM / GOM desirable
Computer literate, MS Office as user
