本ポジションについて

Through interactions in all levels of the organization including 3PL the Quality Assurance assistant coordinates ensure all of the processes, procedures and measures that assure a front-end approach to Inbound inspection.

Main responsibilities are:

• Calibration of quality standards between our quality teams in Asian manufacturing team and in our 3PL distribution centers, to ensure we take a consistent approach to quality.
• Driving a quality mindset with the 3PL inspection team.
• Accountable for finished product in our distribution centers, as measured by reject % and B, C grades

▼ 30%

Oversees Quality Check team at 3PL DC which performs quality control on incoming product--inspecting for damages and classifying the quality grade of each product as A, B & C grade.

▼ 30%

Provide timely Inbound inspection reports to all stakeholders and work with Digital support team in Guangzhou to maintain the quality performance data.

▼ 15%

Obtain and provide appropriate product quality labeling data, including care label, caution tags, etc.

▼ 10%

Communicate and provide necessary product information to 3PL and in-house related parties, when necessary.

▼ 5%

Regularly review the return situation from market with 3PL and/or sales channel teams to better control defective returns.

▼ 10%

Support and Assist Quality Assurance manager for quality assurance excellence and continuous improvement, when necessary.

必要とされる経験：

• Preferably have at least 3 years of quality control/assurance experience, 3 of which involving footwear, and/or apparel & accessories.

• Ability of multi-task handling
• Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs; data analyses and statistics knowledge desirable.
