Lead the redesign of products and services according to the roadmap.

Work with Product Managers and development teams to implement strategies and launch products, taking responsibility for decision-making and business commitments.
Conduct effectiveness measurements for product strategies and update them as necessary in collaboration with business owners.
Lead Product Managers of two teams directly, helping them build their careers, and hiring new talent.
Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of product management experience in-house.
3 years or more experience managing and building a team.
Experience in generating measurable business outputs through product management.
Ability to identify and design solutions independently and drive them forward with stakeholders.
Strong analytical and communication skills for handling uncertain situations and explaining complex issues.
Experience in collaborating with development and marketing teams to create products.
Native level Japanese + conversational English or above.
Preferred Skills
Experience as a Product Owner.
Knowledge and experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies.
Experience in designing and implementing marketing strategies.
Passion for travel.
