Service Assurance; Customer Service; Admin & Support; Operations Support; Reporting

Education: Secondary education or equivalent

Experience: Two (2) years of relevant work experience

  • Good communication skills preferred in both English/Japanese (verbal and written) and leadership skills
  • Advanced skills to utilize MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access) are preferred
  • Applicants have a competency of "Adaptability" to accept changes and always ready to be think creatively for future growth with great amount of flexibility is preferred.
  • Favorable to have a forklift operator license/experience
  • Favorable to have FedEx DG Specialist Cert and handling experience
  • Favorable to be in good physical condition to load/unload/lift/sort packages
  • Applicants have a car to commute to NRT as well as TYO is preferred.
  • This position works by shift and working hour will include midnight and overnight
