CSコーディネーター / CS Coordinator

A global renowned aviation company is searching for a CS Coordinator. The qualified individual will be responsible for contacting customers, identify, and schedule cargo for flight capacity. This role is based in Narita.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cargo Booking Advice (CBA) content
• Detect and report issues in freight allocation and pallet assembly to terminal services
• Seek cargo from customers to maximise flight capacity
• Resolve customer service issues promptly, tracking and tracing on-forwarding cargo
• Investigate local claims and furnish documentation to corporate customer service
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
• Support sales efforts by upselling, cross-selling, and acquiring new accounts
• Validate offered rates in CBA with Flight Revenue Analysis team to rectify discrepancies
• Aid in identifying departmental potential and ongoing improvement efforts
• Provide attention to DHLE/Interline/Import customers as to export customers within the PO network
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• More than 3 years of air cargo industry experience is ideal
• Working knowledge of logistics planning
• High degree of decision-making skills and stress resistance
• Ability to manage complex situations under time pressure
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in verbal and written Japanese and English
