Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and certified Virtual Assistant with expertise in HubSpot to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and marketing efforts by leveraging your knowledge of HubSpot's tools and functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry and management within the HubSpot platform, including contact records, lead scoring, and segmentation.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Provide support to other members of the team and other departments as needed.
  • Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot best practices, tools, and features to ensure efficient usage across the organization.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and CRM systems, facilitating efficient lead management and follow-up processes.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English language skills at either C1or C2 level is required.
  • English Resume is required.
  • Valid certification in HubSpot, demonstrating proficiency in the platform's features and capabilities.
  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing HubSpot accounts and driving results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
