KPMG Jamaica’s “Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS)” operates in Kingston and is contracted to provide back-office support to member firm KPMG United States (“the Client”). The Clients’ Talent & Culture function is expanding operations at JESS to support the Talent & Culture - Contingent Workforce Management Organization process area. Team members within the delivery center work with Client’s stakeholders under a team extension model to support Client’s back-office operations.

The Clients’ Talent and Culture - Contingent Workforce Management Organization, Reporting and Operations process area performs tasks related to maintenance of reports and dashboards and provides key operational data and insights to leaders in the Contingent Worker Management Organization.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Officer, Reporting & Operations develops and maintains reports and dashboards using various tools to provide key operational data and insights to leaders in the Contingent Worker Management Organization and business leaders. They will analyze data, develop customized reports, ensure data accuracy, and stay up to date on emerging trends to continuously improve reporting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Vendor Management System platform, Visier, PowerBI, and other tools to provide key operational data and insights to leaders in the Contingent Worker Management Organization and business leaders.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in Contingent Worker Management processes and programs.
  • Develop customized reports and dashboards based on customer requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and reconciliations of data from multiple sources.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR) or Business Administration from an accredited college/university or any other related field.
  • A minimum three years reporting experience, including advanced proficiency with Excel and other reporting and data analytics tools.
  • Experience with PowerBI is strongly preferred. Experience with Beeline, Visier, and other reporting tools preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and processes, applying expertise to make concrete decisions that impact the organization. Knowledge of project and program management methodology, tools and technique required.
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong time management skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork. Ability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members.

  • Hybrid work environment, that is, work from home in Jamaica on some days and in the physical KPMG JESS office on some days.
