We are seeking an experienced and motivated Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee and manage the operations of our F&B outlets within the airport. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple units, preferably within the quick service restaurant (QSR) sector, and will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

- Operational Oversight: Manage and oversee daily operations across 27 F&B locations, including 4 casual dining/full-service restaurants and various grab-and-go kiosks.
- Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze financial performance of all locations, implement strategies to achieve sales targets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Quality Control: Ensure all locations adhere to company standards in food quality, safety, and customer service.
- Compliance: Ensure all locations comply with airport regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Customer Satisfaction: Foster a customer-centric environment, address customer feedback, and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Oversee inventory management and coordinate with suppliers to ensure efficient stock levels and timely deliveries.
- Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational and financial performance, and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multiple units/outlets in the F&B industry, with a strong background in quick service restaurants (QSR) such as Starbucks, Wendy’s, or McDonald’s.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
- Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Location Flexibility: Must be willing to be based at the airport and have flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Airport Experience: Previous experience working in an airport environment is advantageous but not required.
- North American Experience: Experience working in North American F&B operations is highly preferred.
