We are a small but dynamic recruiting firm seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team. This position is crucial for driving our growth by acquiring new clients and selling our HR and Recruiting services. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong sales acumen, capable of building and managing a robust sales pipeline and meeting aggressive sales targets.


Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to identify and acquire new clients in the USA, Canada, and UK.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for HR and Recruiting services.
  • Create tailored sales pitches and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.

Lead Generation:

  • Generate leads through various channels including email marketing, telemarketing, cold calling, and social media.
  • Use CRM tools to track and manage leads and opportunities, ensuring accurate data entry and pipeline management.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns targeting potential clients.
  • Craft compelling email content and manage email lists to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

Telemarketing & Cold Calling:

  • Proactively reach out to prospects via telephone to introduce our services, build relationships, and convert leads into clients.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or questions and providing exceptional customer service.

Sales Pipeline Development:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline, from lead generation through closing.
  • Regularly update the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and reports to the management team.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the management team to align sales strategies with marketing efforts and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure client needs are effectively communicated and met.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly to meet sales targets.

Remote Work: Maintain high levels of productivity and communication while working remotely.

  • Utilize digital tools and platforms to manage tasks and collaborate with team members.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 2-3 years in a telemarketing/sales role selling B2B solutions/services
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the HR, Recruiting, or related services industry.
  • Experience with email marketing, telemarketing, and cold calling.

Skills:

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.
  • Ability to craft compelling email content and conduct engaging phone conversations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
