The role designed for you

Reporting to the Backselling Manager Creative Communication Italy, you will join our Italian Backselling team (Special Papers BU). Based in Lombardia, in this position you will play a key role in achieving company sales target through partnering with the End-Users of your area, supporting them to develop new projects using our specialty papers. Paper technical know-how, attention to customers' expectations, creativity and project management are key points.

• You will Build strong relationship with end-users such as agencies, graphic-designers and brands promoting Fedrigoni products, services, and innovations
• You will focus on End-Users accounts management: regular visits, needs definition and project management
• You will develop new projects partnering with the customer, aiming to find solutions to End-User needs using our speciality papers - finding the appropriate product/solution in connection with their project
• You will cooperate with Sales Colleagues to finalize sales through printers and converters
• You wil maintain a Strong communication with the Customer Support Team and Bespoke colleagues to guarantee projects success – in terms of quality, costs and timing
• You will keep update our CRM database to ensure a high level data quality
• You will be involved in local events (or workshop for customers) organization and attendance
• You will hunt new end-users as potential new customers
  
  
  

The Attitudes And Skills We’re Looking For

• You have a Degree on Graphic Arts, Design, Business, Marketing or similar fields
• Previous experience in promotional / commercial roles, or experience in paper, packaging, graphic design industry, agencies or in Luxury Fashion and Cosmetics brands will be considered a plus
• You are creative, pro-active, highly motivated, and goal-oriented person
• You are passionate already or open to get passionate about the world of Special Papers
• You have a commercial attitude and a strong customer orientation.
• You are able to work under pressure and on different projects, prioritizing tasks and customers’ needs
• With your well-developed customer sensitivity, pleasant communication and social skills you can build long term professional relationships with your customers.
• You are fluent in Italian and English
