    Unveiling ‘Bamboo 1947: Then and Now.’  Celebrating 60 years of Gucci in Japan, a special exhibition at Gucci Ginza Gallery in Tokyo features 60 vintage Bamboo 1947 bags reimagined by Japanese traditional artisans and contemporary artists selected by Creative Director Sabato De Sarno, including painter Nami Yokoyama; painter Yui Yaegashi; ceramist Nakazato Hirotsune; goldsmith and Living National Treasure Morihito Katsura and his apprentice Naoko Ai; photographer Daido Moriyama; and painter Yui Yaegashi.     We are proud to share that Gucci ranked 2nd out of the 250 major fashion brands and retailers and 1st place among luxury brands reviewed for Fashion Revolution's ‘What Fuels Fashion?’ report published yesterday. The report measures transparency and public disclosure against 71 indicators covering 5 areas including: Accountability, Decarbonisation, Energy Procurement, Financing Decarbonisation, Just Transition and Renewable Energy Advocacy. As an industry benchmark, the report revealed that the House received a 74% overall score in comparison with an 18% average for all 250 brands analyzed. Highlights include achieving 100% for Financing Decarbonisation; 82% for Accountability, 80% for Energy Procurement, 72% for Decarbonisation, and 52% for Just Transition and Advocacy. #WhatFuelsFashion #FashionRevolution #GucciEquilibrium

    Furthering Gucci’s commitment to nurturing talent and promoting creativity within their communities, we are excited to announce the fifth cohort of talented scholarship recipients through the Gucci Changemakers North America Scholars Program. Each recipient will be awarded scholarship and the opportunity to participate in the Gucci Program for Scholars, a virtual educational program for university-level students that will help them navigate various creative industries.
