Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supervisor to manage key aspects of our operations. This role involves overseeing campus sourcing activities, managing client relationships, and handling payroll and stipend administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, client management, and payroll processing. Key Responsibilities: Campus Sourcing: Plan and execute campus recruitment drives. Develop partnerships with educational institutions and manage recruitment events. Coordinate with students and faculty to promote job opportunities. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met. Address client queries and provide solutions in a timely manner. Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements as needed. Payroll Management: Stipend Management Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Manage salary disbursements and handle payroll-related queries. Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee payments. Administer stipends for eligible employees and interns. Handle stipend-related queries and ensure compliance with internal guidelines. Maintain accurate records of stipend payments. Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports related to recruitment, client interactions, and payroll. Provide regular updates to senior management on key metrics and activities. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on campus recruitment, client management, and payroll administration. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience with payroll software is a plus.
