We employ over 170 people in Dublin within our Worldwide Logistic and Supply Chain Centre, we are looking for a: Supply Planner – Watches.


As a Supply Planner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of watches throughout our supply chain. You will be responsible for meeting demand expectations, managing inventory levels, coordinating production schedules, and collaborating with various internal teams to optimize the overall supply chain performance.


What can you expect from your role?


  • Utilize sales forecast to develop accurate balanced supply plan for watches in compliance with the production budget and year-end inventory target considering production constraints.
  • Develop and implement inventory strategies to maintain optimal stock levels (safety stock, buffer stock, new launches planning).
  • Collaborate closely with production and manufacturing teams to develop efficient short-term delivery scheduling sharing production visibility with other stakeholders and acting as a driver in defining priorities and follow them up.
  • Prepare regular reports/KPI on service, coverage, inventory levels, production performance, and other supply chain metrics.
  • Collaborate with several internal teams (sales, marketing, merchandising, finance, logistics and distribution) to define buy back from the markets for improving service and stock health levels.
  • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans among with distribution, production, and demand to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
  • Continuously improve the supply planning process, proposing ideas, and acting with IT as key user for the pertinent application implementation/development.


What do we expect from you?


  • University degree required, focus on Supply Chain, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in planning (supply, manufacturing, inventory, or demand planning) is required.
  • Proficient in data analysis, strong math, and problem-solving skills with very good knowledge of Excel is required.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience of working in an SAP environment, Anaplan/Power BI would be an advantage.
  • Attention to details, ensuring accuracy in aspects of planning from order placement to stock reconciliation.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus.
