Apt Resources is currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Quality Manager to join their client's team at a prestigious Royal Family in Abu Dhabi. As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for quality control checking in the production of raw meat, items, products, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards
Conduct regular audits to assess and improve the effectiveness of quality control measures
Implement and maintain HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) systems
Provide training and support to staff to ensure adherence to quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and rectify quality issues
Manage and evaluate supplier quality and performance
Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary actions to address concerns
Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to drive continuous improvement in quality control processes
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably in the food industry
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMP standards
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Relevant certification in quality management is a plus
