Job Title: QC Supervisor
Reporting to: QC Manager
Purpose of Role:
To oversee QC operations, ensure compliance with regulations, improve customer service, train staff, and participate in inter-departmental projects.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise QC Laboratories, ensuring guideline adherence.
- Ensure products meet specifications per German and French DMFs.
- Implement and comply with SOPs and GMP standards.
- Enhance QC's service to other departments.
- Implement the Quality Training Plan.
- Improve communication and document meetings.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Oversee safe laboratory practices and training.
- Conduct and review risk assessments..
- Audit and improve QC systems.
Sample Competencies:
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Continuous application of new developments.
Person Specification:
- 3rd level qualification in Science or related field.
- 7+ years of quality/laboratory experience, preferably in GMP.
- Proven team management skills.
- Compliance-driven, quality-focused.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities and initiative.
- Effective team player.
