Phase One works at Goatstown ETSS Interim School are on track for completion in late August in time for the start of the new school year and the return of hundreds of students. This impressive development features a ~4,000m² two-storey modular facility, delivered in 144 separate modules. The project encompasses general and specialist classrooms, a four-class SEN unit, and a large ballcourt area. Located in a bustling suburb of Dublin, the site is surrounded by residential neighbours on three sides. Effective management of local residents has been a priority, involving numerous meetings with residents' associations and individual homeowners to ensure a harmonious relationship. Utilities posed significant challenges, requiring an ESB diversion, the establishment of a new ESB substation, and new connections for foul and surface water, watermains, and EIR. The project utilised the PW-CF11 Agreement form of contract. KSN Project Management are providing Employer's Representative and Project Manager services for this project. Ronan Group Real Estate is delighted to announce it has sought planning permission for the next phase at its Waterfront South Central site. This is the last undeveloped City Block in Dublin’s Docklands. The plans consist of circa 1.5m sq. ft. of Grade A office and residential space, including 550 apartments and a 25-storey residential tower that will front on to the River Liffey. This space aims to finish off RGRE’s Waterfront site, where it is already on-site building Citi’s new headquarters.   The residential units will be expertly managed by RGRE’s residential operations platform, Libra Living, which has proven to be a great success at Spencer Place. We are excited to share our progress on our Waterfront South Central project. The treble-level basement was completed in Q2, and we are currently constructing Level 2. It is now visible above the hoarding level, and follow-on trade activities have commenced. Designed by Reddy A+U, Phase 2 will feature a mix of social, affordable, and privately owned units, including residential amenities.
