The day was an opportunity for the team to share in each other’s foods and native cultures. Over almost three years, Mercury’s project team in Milan have built a powerful culture while leading the delivery of a complex data centre project, garnering positive client feedback along the way. The group embodies Mercury’s commitment to building incredible teams who transcend industry norms. We embrace differences, learn from each other and value the wide range of perspectives we each bring to our operations every day. It’s crucial that we value connection and for the duration of the project have organised regular team building events. This relentless dedication earns trust, security and assurance that is second to none. It turns every team member into a partner and builds relationships that grows and prosper with time.” To foster open dialogue and further promote a positive culture on-site, all team members are encouraged to complete Mercury’s Mental Health First Aid Training course. Supporting the UNSDG of good health and well-being, Mercury recently took part in the Clash of the Companies event in aid of Children's Health Foundation This fun and engaging event saw our team of five join the business community and take to the streets of Dublin for a clue solving course, testing their ability to work together, solve clues and complete group challenges -all while raising awareness of and funds for sick children attending Irish hospitals and urgent care centres. As a key sponsor, Mercury also donated €8,000 to the initiative. Our donation and participation has helped provide the most up-to-date life-saving equipment, allowing the possibility of faster diagnosis, better outcomes and shorter treatments for patients. Additionally, it enables psychological supports for thousands of sick children and their families during the most stressful days of their lives.                Supporting organisations like the Children's Health Foundation helps us in our duty to contribute positively to the well-being of the communities in which we operate.
