Ibstock Futures supplied Ivanhoe Cream Original brick slips through Baumit Group to Framespace Solutions and Castle Modular for their latest high spec modular homes contract. These slips were applied with great attention to detail in their factories before being transported to site for final assembly and pointed up with white mortar by Baumit. #brickslips #mmc #modular

In July 2022, Minister Simon Harris, TD, announced Mount Lucas as the site for the National Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) Demonstration Park. The Modern Methods of Construction Demonstration Park aims to support the Governments Housing for All (HfA) Strategy, and the governments commitment to delivering high-quality, affordable homes to meet the housing needs of all citizens Framespace are delighted to announce we have been selected as the preferred bidder for the single and two storey 3D volumetric housing at the MMC Demonstration Park. These homes will demonstrate the latest technology in both construction delivery, while also demonstrating the latest technology and innovation for the end user.
