This weekend along with social running group Mild Activity, the first ever An Post Send Love Run will be taking place in Dublin City centre.   Mild Activity have created a community that is open to runners of all abilities. A physical community in which people can switch off from the noisy digital world and find calm and real connection. That's what Send Love is all about, creating real connection with a loved one. A digital message is nice but a handwritten card is so much more. A card isn’t just for birthdays and Christmas, there are many motivations to send a card, there’s no reason not to send love. Whether it be Australia, Canada, Cork or Cabra, it’s essential to maintain a tangible relationship with the ones you love most.   On a heart-shaped route lined with 11 Post Boxes, runners will be sending love far and wide as they run.
