Job Description


We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team to act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. If you have previous experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role, has work experience in a Renewable Energy company is a plus; we’d like to meet you.



Our ideal candidate also has working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.




Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for supporting the team to complete the procurement and supplier development and management.
  2. Keeping lists of the related agencies or personnel, agency and organization.
  3. Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  4. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  5. Maintain and update company databases
  6. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  7. Answer queries by employees and clients
  8. Update office policies as needed
  9. Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  10. Book meeting rooms as required
  11. Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  12. Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  13. Coordinate and set meeting with government agencies related to the business
  14. Arrange travel and accommodations
  15. Schedule in-house and external events
  16. To complete other work assigned by the leaders


Requirements

  1. Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
  2. Solid knowledge of office procedures
  3. Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  4. Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  6. Attention to detail
  7. College diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
