Learning Program Officer

As a Learning Program Officer, you will be responsible for:

Need Analysis

• Assist the analysis of internal need assessment for the employee learning program.
• Assist the implementation of Training Need Assessment (TNA) targeting CISDI’s program beneficiaries, including health professionals, community health workers, and other specific groups targeted by the program.

Learning Program Design (for internal and external audiences)

• Develop a competency-based curriculum using multiple synchronous and asynchronous training modalities, including instructor-led, micro-learning, blended learning, and virtual training materials.
• Design and develop creative and learner-centered learning materials in various modalities, including e-learning, composite learning content, videos, tutorials, etc.

Implementation of the Learning Program

• Assist in implementing training sessions, workshops, seminars, or asynchronous/self-paced training for internal and external audiences.

Monitoring & Evaluation

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs implemented.
• Collect and analyze feedback from participants to continuously improve programs.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in the field of training, education, or fields relevant to the themes of HR capacity development.
• Educational background of at least S1 in health, education, psychology, or other relevant fields. S2 in a relevant field will be a plus.
• Experienced with various modern learning modalities/channels, e.g., MOOCs, experiential learning, micro-learning, videos, social learning, coaching, etc.
• Have good knowledge about the use of information/digital technology in the field of training and education.
• Willingness to comply with the CISDI Code of Ethics, policies, and procedures.
