Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in IT with min. GPA 3,0 out of 4,0.
- Preferably from a reputable university.
- Min 1-2 year experience in related areas.
- Great teamwork, resourceful, with outstanding helpdesk support skills.
- Have a good attitude and willingness to learn new things.
- Experience & understand Microsoft technology (Windows & Office).
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding in a timely manner to helpdesk service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
- Setting up accounts for new users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Testing new technology.
