Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in IT with min. GPA 3,0 out of 4,0.
  • Preferably from a reputable university.
  • Min 1-2 year experience in related areas.


Technical Expertise:

  • Great teamwork, resourceful, with outstanding helpdesk support skills.
  • Have a good attitude and willingness to learn new things.
  • Experience & understand Microsoft technology (Windows & Office).


Summary of Duties:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Responding in a timely manner to helpdesk service issues and requests.
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
  • Setting up accounts for new users.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
  • Testing new technology.
