Manage effective communication and relationship with leaders in the respective directorates.
Manage the end-to-end human capital processes and act as business consultant of human capital matters for the respective directorates.
Review and maintain the organization design for respective directorates to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Actively manage the talent acquisition process as well as internal employee movement for respective directorates (career path, succession, promotion, etc.)
Facilitate the performance planning and appraisal for respective directorates.
Actively involved in managing human capital projects and collaborate with other HC functions to ensure the quality outcomes.
Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in the people management for respective directorates.
Responsible for understanding and implementing the requirements of the occupational safety, health management system, and environmental management system in accordance with their respective duties and functions.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resources, business management, or any related major.
Minimum 8 years relevant experience in human capital roles, including at least 4 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
Solid experience in managing different type of stakeholders with strong interpersonal communication skills.
Strong business acumen with demonstrated learning agility in acquiring and processing new information.
Knowledge of current trends in human resources, industrial relations, and other related areas.
Ability to quickly assess situations, as well as combine strong business judgment and people intuition to reach sound decisions.
