Job Descriptions:
- Identify Business plan and environment to determine operational strategy objectives
- Determine a sales plan to achieve sales growth according to the business plan and sales channel strategy
- Develop customer retention strategies
- Responsibility strategy business quick service restaurant in the country
Requirement :
- Min Bachelor Degree in a related field, preferably hospitality, Business, Management
- Min. 3-5 years in a similar position preferably quick service restaurant / F&B
- Knowledge about the QSR industry and fast food product
- Quality Management knowledge (ISO & Food Safety)
- Workforce management
- Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
- Experience managing team
- Willing to be placed in Bandung
