Support the head quarter and stores in delivering engaging training programs
Help arrange the training team's schedule to deliver training sessions to head quarter & store team effectively
Assist in development and manage roll out strategy for new and re-launching training programs
Assist in developing a comprehensive training curriculum and materials
Responsible for maintaining project calendars and budgets for training programs
Collaborate with the Education Manager, other division and stores to develop improvement plans to enhance the competencies of the training team and employee
Responsible for monitoring training results, analyzing performance, and developing improvement plans
Assist in serving as a bridge between head quarter and stores to ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational goals
Collaborate with the Education Manager on other responsibilities as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any major
Proven experience in deliver training & develop training modules with min. 4 years experience as trainer, preferably in retail industry
Strong understanding of training delivery & training methodology
Passionate in teaching and developing people
Certified as trainer or skilled in video editing will be an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
