This position plays a critical role in enhancing marketing and business development operations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and leading organizational growth efforts within our hospital.
Role Objectives:
Collaborate with the hospital's business team to uncover insights for developing marketing and branding strategies for both existing and new healthcare services.
Oversee and expand the hospital's marketing department by identifying revenue opportunities within established patient accounts and securing new patients.
Identify short- and long-term scheduling and resource needs, including the development and management of the annual marketing budget, profit-and-loss projections, and expenditures specifically tailored to hospital operations.
Understand key performance metrics and utilize tracking tools for hospital market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and patient trends. Translate findings into actionable insights for the hospital marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of marketing strategies by closely collaborating with hospital leadership, managers, creatives, content providers, and distribution partners to formulate effective plans aimed at expanding the patient base and promoting hospital services.
Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations, with a focus on enhancing patient engagement and satisfaction.
Manage the conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans, strategies, patient service concepts, and promotional programs to drive patient interest and satisfaction.
Conduct regular meetings with hospital department heads to review patient acquisition strategies, address challenges, brainstorm solutions, and provide training to ensure the marketing team consistently performs above standard.
Represent the hospital at conventions, conferences, and healthcare trade shows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed. Provide post-event reports and analysis to optimize future participation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any field is required.
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the hospital industry.
Preferably at the Director/Senior Manager level, specialized in Marketing/Business Development within the hospital industry.
