Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain the calendar and travel arrangements
Keep the Director advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
Communicate and coordinate with internal/external departments when required.
Arrange and cooperate with respective counterparts or departments in preparing the meetings, receptions, inauguration, ceremonies, etc.
Complete a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material.
Take minutes of meetings and handle confidential documents.
Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties
Qualifications:
Have a min. 1 year experience or fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Fluent in English with min TOEFL >450 or TOEIC >550.
Excellent management, time-management, and organizational.
Have an understanding of the requirements and implications of working to a Director.
