Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain the calendar and travel arrangements
  • Keep the Director advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal/external departments when required.
  • Arrange and cooperate with respective counterparts or departments in preparing the meetings, receptions, inauguration, ceremonies, etc.
  • Complete a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material.
  • Take minutes of meetings and handle confidential documents.
  • Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties


Qualifications:

  • Have a min. 1 year experience or fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Fluent in English with min TOEFL >450 or TOEIC >550.
  • Excellent management, time-management, and organizational.
  • Have an understanding of the requirements and implications of working to a Director.
