AVP-Business Process Transformation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AVP-Business Process Transf. Manager to join our team and ensure the successful delivery of automation use cases as part of our Intelligent Automation (IA) Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, project management, and automation technologies, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

The AVP-Business Process Transf. Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving the end-to-end delivery of automation projects. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and resolve any roadblocks impacting automation initiatives. The successful candidate will adopt a scientific approach and best practices to ensure proper execution and optimal improvement outcomes.

Role Overview: The AVP-Business Process Transf. Manager will be responsible for managing and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of the assigned business process improvement initiatives or Intelligent Automation use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and drive the end-to-end delivery of assigned business process development, improvement or re-engineering initiatives or automation projects, ensuring alignment with program goals and timelines.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and resolve any roadblocks impacting initiatives delivery.
3. Adopt a scientific approach and best practices, such as Six Sigma DMAIC Framework and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), PMP/PRINCE 2 and/or Agile Project Management to ensure proper execution and optimal outcomes.
4. Ensure sustainable process improvement results by implementing monitoring and control mechanisms and business process automation within the scope of the process domain.
5. Monitor and report on the progress of automation use cases, providing regular updates and ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.
