Accounting Staff

Kopi Kenangan attained the status of F&B Unicorn in SEA in 2022; which is a feat for a company that started operating in late 2017.

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Staff to join our team. You'll perform technical and administrative accounting work necessary in maintaining the accounting records and systems in accordance with general principles and standards.

Working location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Basic Accounting Service:

1. By inputting accounting data into the accounting system with speed and accuracy.
2. By executing data entry, compiling and submit into the accounting system and maintaining financial information to superior for financial reports and/or financial service.
3. By check and validating accounting transaction as procedure and guidelines.

Maintain accounting records filing and documentation system:

1. By executing accounting records filing system and documentation.
2. By checking and following up filing system regularly to ensure accuracy and orderliness.
3. By assisting senior in preparing the FS disclosure amount according to assigned accounts.

Accounts reconciliation:

1. By tracking and gathering transactional account and cost / expense per period.
2. By executing reconciliation process as standard and procedure.

Performs other related duties as required by the superior:

1. By preparing ad hoc reports for superior or other users as requested with speed and accuracy.
2. By supporting administrative duties for division project implementation.

Job Role:

1. Min Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
2. FG or Min 1-2 years (Accounting field) - exp in big 10 / KAP / corporate.
3. Has experience in finance audit would be an advantage.
4. Financial Accounting Standard (PSAK, ISAK).
5. Strong basic knowledge in accounting.
6. Fixed Asset & Inventory Accounting.
7. Reconciliation and Analysis
