It's not just a haircut, color or style anymore; everyone wants a story; a story that explains how they are and who they’d be. These habitual syndrome spurs new framework throughout the world on how a hairdresser or salon now looks at their clients and themselves. And even here in Indonesia, they’d want to be a part of something more, something global. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct sales activities to acquire and retain professional clients, meeting set revenue targets through strategic visits, phone calls, mailing campaigns, workshops, and other sales activities. - Propose and maintain regular visitation schedules for professional clients and prospects, coordinating with the Technical Education team for current product information. - Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential professional clients. - Monitor product sales among professional clients, providing regular reports to the Business Development Manager on target achievements and potential enhancements. - Proactively identify professional clients' needs for product demonstrations, product knowledge updates, and availability of our product range. - Regularly update client data to stay informed of the latest market trends and client demands. - Analyze market information to propose and follow up on programs aimed at enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction. - Respond promptly and accurately to service requests, feedback, suggestions, criticisms, and complaints in accordance with company procedures and authority.
