Being productive in a fun way..that’s how we do a serious workshop in Ismaya! Last week, the Top Management of Ismaya gathered in a two days workshop that involved a series of discussions and exercises on how our core competencies should be enliven through our daily work-life. The workshop was not only fun, but also gave deep meaning and most importantly become an eye opener for most of the participants. Joining us as a Guest speaker, Mr. Armand W. Hartono, Deputy President Director of BCA where he shared BCA culture and values which give us insights that is so inspiring.
