Ahead of the 79th anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia in the New Capital City (IKN), Indosat is set to provide impressive connectivity and experiences for all guests. This support includes strengthening network infrastructure and offering products and services in IKN, as well as in supporting cities such as Balikpapan and Samarinda. Currently, Indosat provides 4G and 5G networks in IKN, with an 84% increase in 4G data traffic capacity and a 44% rise in 4G user capacity expected by July 2024. This enhancement is supported by the latest software and artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Through this initiative, Indosat reaffirms its role in bridging the digital divide in Indonesia and maximizing the benefits of technology for the community, especially in IKN.
