Technical Supervisor - Operations Department

Responsibilities

Responsible for preparing and presenting pest control report for clients
Coordinate with other departments on implementation of pest control project and monitor the progress
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the clients' satisfaction
Conduct review of service materials, equipment, vehicles and techniques employed with a view to improving productivity and cost effectiveness
Deliver on-site or classroom serve-related training for technicians, sales, or other departments and the customers
Manage and develop the team to improve their performance, report and meet targets.
Prepare Quality Assurance reports for Manager review
Handle ad hoc projects assigned by managers

Requirements

Higher Diploma and above
Fresh Graduates are welcomed
Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility
Detailed minded, well organized and quick response
Good customer service skills, effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS office applications
Outdoor work is required
