Mise En Place Talent is growing! We are expanding our team and seeking a savvy and resourceful Talent Coordinator.
This is an unconventional opportunity to work and gain experience across human resources, recruitment, social media, and marketing. This role is ideal for someone with wide-ranging interests looking to develop well-rounded administrative and communications skills, whilst deep diving into talent acquisition with a unique bespoke agency approach.
This role is crucial as we continue our growth across global markets and deepen our existing partner and talent relationships. The main objective of this role is provide dedicated support to the Mise En Place team and ensure seamless, excellent experience for all of our partners and talent. Our goal for the Talent Coordinator is to build the foundations to becoming a successful Talent Analyst and Recruiter.

Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a calendar of food & beverage and community events;
- Reporting on industry news;
- Conducting research on relevant markets, keeping the team up-to-date on the latest trends and happenings;
- Creating and posting compelling and meaningful social media content;
- Engaging and interacting with our target audience on social media;
- Setting and achieving ongoing social media targets;
- Creating & maintaining a database of captivating food & beverage photos;
- Assisting with the collection and logistical management of documents and completing administrative duties relating to visa applications;
- Fulfilling any ad hoc tasks and assignments as required.
- 1+ year of experience in human resources, communications/marketing, or social media;
- A curiosity about the inner workings of the F&B industry;
- A strong eye and attention for detail, especially in regards to gathering, organising, and completing crucial documents for official applications;
- An interest, appreciation, and savviness for social media, in particular LinkedIn and Instagram;
- A resourceful nature, with the ability to apply creative methods to successfully complete tasks to a high standard;
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Exceptional follow-up and follow-through to complete tasks independently without close supervision;
- An independent yet collaborative working style;
- An innate inquisitiveness; a constant desire to ask questions and gain knowledge;
- Last but not least - a true passion for hospitality and a love for discovering restaurants and dining scenes across the globe.
