Responsibilities
To assist in daily property operations and management
To handle clients’ inquires and deliver quality service
To monitor contractors work and manage daily property operations including cleaning and security team
To organize property activities
To perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines
At least 2 years of relevant working experience
Well-versed in BMO and DMC
PMP licence (Tier 1 / Tier 2) is must
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Customer-orientated, good leadership and communication skills
