About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in project management to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our trade finance products. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver innovative and market-leading solutions. What You Need To Do

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps in alignment with the company's vision and objectives
• Collaborate with the IT team to define product features, user interfaces, and user experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth
• Prioritise product features and enhancements based on business goals, customer feedback, and resource constraints
• Create, maintain, and update comprehensive product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and release notes
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of product milestones, effectively managing project scope, timelines, and budgets
• Conduct user acceptance testing, gather feedback, and iterate on product functionality and usability to enhance the overall user experience
• Review, monitor, and implement projects, ensuring all parties are accountable for deliverables and facilitating timely project execution
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and ensure a shared understanding and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Analyse business and user requirements, propose solutions, and create detailed design specifications to guide product development
• Coordinate project schedules, manage project meetings, and proactively identify and resolve technical problems to ensure smooth project execution
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Ideally, 3-5 years of relevant experience in product management or related roles
• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a background in project management
• Strong technical background, with knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
• Experience in the finance or fintech industry, preferably with exposure to trade finance products
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed product decisions
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality products within specified timelines
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility in managing changing priorities
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese languages to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
