We are a leading blockchain exchange platform seeking an experienced Product Director fluent in both English and Chinese to drive our product strategy and execution. If you meet the following qualifications, we look forward to your application!

工作内容 / Responsibilities:

• 汇报给CTO, 你将负责带领团队进行区块链交易核心系统、交易平台、钱包等的产品规划和设计。
• Report to CTO, Lead the team in product planning and design for core blockchain trading systems, trading platforms, wallets, etc.
• 与UX、研发、测试部门紧密配合，推动项目落地。
• Collaborate closely with UX, development, and testing departments to drive project execution.

任职要求 / Requirements:

• 本科及以上学历，数学、物理、计算机安全等理工科背景，5年以上知名互联网、互联网金融、支付或区块链交易所平台的产品经验。
• Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Security, or related fields, with over 5 years of experience in product management at reputable internet, fintech, payment, or blockchain exchange platforms.
• 热爱区块链行业，中文流利。
• Passionate about the blockchain industry with fluency in Chinese.
• 具备极强的用户敏感度及同理心。
• Strong user sensitivity and empathy.
• 学习能力强，逻辑严谨，具备解决复杂问题的能力；有强烈的责任心，能承受高压工作。
• Strong learning ability, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills; with a high level of responsibility and the ability to handle high-pressure work.
• 英语听说读写能力优秀者优先。
• Excellent English communication skills are preferred.
