Chief Financial Officer（CFO+IR）

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key member of the leadership team, actively participating in business strategy and commercial decision-making.
• Accountable for financial development and operational strategy, developing and monitoring performance metrics aligned with the company's strategic goals. Implement control systems to preserve company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Partner with the CEO to support and drive the overall business and group strategy.
• Advise on the company's medium and long-term financial strategy, including capital markets and corporate finance initiatives.
• Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans, ensuring financial and operational objectives are met.
• Develop financial and tax strategies to optimize the company's financial position.
• Oversee the preparation of annual and longer-term budgets, as well as financial management reports.
• Serve as the primary liaison with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders,maintaining excellent relationships and facilitating capital market transactions.
• Manage the financial operations of the group and overseas subsidiaries, including accounting, financial planning & analysis, treasury, capital & cash flow management, budget control, financial risk management, and legal compliance.
• Ensure effective cash flow management, currency exposure mitigation, transfer pricing, taxation, and asset management.
• Implement operational best practices and maintain compliance with legal procedures and guidelines.
• Lead a team of finance professionals and assume full financial management responsibilities.
• Manage the relationship with the company's audit, tax partners, and regulators.
• Develop and execute the company's investor relations strategy, including organizing investor presentations, roadshows, and ongoing communication with the investment community.
• Actively seek and secure funding from various sources, including banks, private equity, venture capital, and public markets, to support the company's growth and strategic initiatives.
• Manage the process of raising capital, negotiating terms, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential investors.
• Ensure timely and transparent disclosure of financial information to investors and other stakeholders, in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Seasoned finance professional with at least 15 years of experience in financial management, preferably with a combination of multinational/listed and start-up experience.
• Finance-related bachelor's degree and a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA or equivalent).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, analytical, meticulous, organized, and reliable approach.
• Proven track record of successfully raising capital from various sources, including banks, private equity, venture capital, and public markets.
• Experience in developing and executing effective investor relations strategies, including organizing investor presentations and roadshows.
