Major Responsibilities

  • Handle the admissions process: inquiries, information sessions, school tours, applications, interview and tests, offers and acceptance, track payment and all documentations. Handle with accuracy, timeliness, professional customer service and in a result-oriented manner.
  • Hands on role as Prospective Parents Relations: major point of contact who provides personalised attention to prospective parents. A good listener and attention to details, to understand prospective parents’ needs and concerns, to think in their shoes, provide helpful services to engage with them.
  • To provide high-quality customer services on admissions and students’ recruitment. Focus on providing a SMOOTH customer journey for prospective parents, and conversion to actual enrolment.
  • Advocate and convey Schools’ key messages and USP’s to prospective parents: Fully understand the school’s curricula, cultures, education approach, philosophies and uniqueness, also of our various scholarship schemes and enrolment needs, provide advice to prospective parents.
  • Sensitive to enrolment targets and enrolment situations, take appropriate actions to facilitate and provide solutions to close the gaps between targets and actual enrolment.
  • Primary role on the assigned school section, while also hold a holistic view and understanding of all sections.
  • Work closely with Marketing to reach out to prospective parents, high awareness of market situation and competitive scenes.
  • Support and participate in events and activities for school promotion.
  • Handle data and reports in an accurate and timely manner, such as: data collection and input into the system, database management, admissions reports and analyses, admissions related collaterals
  • To execute other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements And Qualifications

  • University degree preferably in communications/management/business administration, with over 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is a definite asset
  • Holds a keen eye for detail and has experience with data monitoring
  • High proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Agile with good problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized in face of multiple priorities and tasks
  • Responsible, with Integrity
  • Strong team player
  • Interested in international education
