The Department

Security, Integrity and Information Security Division is responsible for combatting criminality and corruption risks that can threaten horse racing, betting, and membership at the Club, as well as to enhance governance and proactive measures against information security risks, including cyber-security.

The maintenance of a secure environment and integrity in our business in order to ensure that horse racing in Hong Kong is not only fair, but also offers fair opportunities for the placement of wagers has always been of paramount importance to the Club.

The preservation of integrity is core to the role of our Security, Integrity and Information Security Division and entwined in our work in Security, Integrity, as well as Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and financial crime risk.

The Job

You will:

  • Provide professional administrative and secretarial support to assigned Executives and team, and liaise with external & internal stakeholders.
  • Organise in-person and virtual business meetings, as well as travelling schedules and bookings for assigned Executives and team members; co-ordinate enquiries and correspondence.
  • Provide administrative assistance for the preparation of documents such as reports, meeting papers, agendas and meeting minutes, including filing and maintenance of records.
  • Provide administrative assistance for presentations as requested by assigned Executives, including for internal meetings and external conferences.
  • Assist in consolidating information, documents and files for assigned Executives’ review and approval.
  • Conduct all procurement and other administrative exercises including requests for proposals / quotations, liaison with vendors, and keeping track of progress to ensure work is delivered on budget and time.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects, attend conference and escort guests as needed.
  • Undertaking any other duties assigned by assigned Executives.


About You

You should have:

  • Tertiary education with minimum five years of relevant work experience in operations, administration and/or secretarial support, preferably in sizable organisations and in a legal or regulatory setting;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word, as well as online meeting platforms;
  • Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn and adapt to new software;
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese). Mandarin language skills would be a plus.


Terms of Employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
