Accounting Assistant

Our client is a well established sports school located in Science Park. They are looking for a high caliber candidate to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records
• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
• Generate essential accounting reports and statements
• Diligently enter and process financial transaction data
• Assist with invoice creation and customer billing
• Follow up on any overdue customer accounts to ensure timely payment
• Other clerical support and ad hoc tasks assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• LCCI level 2 or diploma in accounting
• Minimum of 2 years of prior accounting experience preferred
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
