Jackson Chan

I am Jackson, the Co-founder and Executive Director of KOS International Holdings Limited (HKEX: 8042). KOS International Holdings Limited (KOS Group) is the 1st locally established recruitment firm listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. As the Executive Director, I am responsible for managing all of the KOS brands, including KOS Recruitment, KOS Staffing, KOS Executive, and KOS Solutions. Our company operates in Hong Kong, Macau, China, and Singapore, providing recruitment services, payroll management, and outsourcing services across various industries.

I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey in 2009 at the age of 26, establishing KOS Group. Over the years, I have played a dynamic role in driving the company's development. I excel in building and leading effective teams, making high-level decisions, and identifying opportunities to bring in new talent that benefits the company. As the market share grows, I inspire and guide teams to scale up the company.

In October 2018, I successfully led the initiative to launch an Initial Public Offering (IPO), resulting in the listing of KOS Group on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. This achievement marked a significant milestone for our organization.

My career in recruitment began in 2008, where I worked for a UK-listed market-leading recruitment business. During that time, I focused on sales and marketing positions. Presently, I remain actively involved in generating and executing mandates, with a specific emphasis on senior executive searches for the Hong Kong and China markets.

Before entering the recruitment industry, I spent four years in sales within the competitive realm of online job portals. This experience equipped me with the necessary skills for success in today's business landscape.

Deeply passionate about youth development and sports, I am currently a mentor in City University Hong Kong's executive mentor program. Additionally, I serve as a director of the Hong Kong Youth Development Alliance (香港青年發展聯盟) and as a board member of the InspiringHK Sports Foundation (凝動香港體育基金). Besides, I have proudly served as a mentor at the Leadership Institute on Narcotics (禁毒領袖學院) for three consecutive years, contributing to the development of future leaders in this important field.

I hold an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from City University of Hong Kong, and a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and I am fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
