    We recently wrapped up our 'Express Myself with My BIC Pen' penmanship initiative in East Africa. This program empowers #students to express themselves through writing and drawing while addressing key developmental challenges such as handwriting proficiency. Focused on #Kenya and #Uganda, we've reached over 60,000 students and hundreds of teachers so far—all in support of our goal to enhance learning conditions for 250 million students by 2025. #ExpressYourself #BIC #MyBICpen #HorizonPlan

    At BIC, we believe in the transformative power of the arts in education. Recently, we invited music teachers and students in the New York City area to an invite-only #creativity workshop hosted in partnership with #CharliePuth and Save The Music. 🎶 We saw firsthand how writing tools can help kids foster creativity and express themselves--from album cover designs, instrumental performances, and self-care journaling to beat-making exercises. Gonzalve Bich, Chief Executive Officer at BIC notes, "#music and arts not only provide an outlet for self-expression, but also stimulate creativity and support academic achievement." We'll continue to shine a light on the positive impact of the arts in education, to advocate for #arts #education funding and to encourage students to explore every side of their creativity.
