We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Talent Acquisition PMO (Project Management profile) to join our dynamic HR team, directly reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager and being part of the TA Team.
The Talent Acquisition PMO will be responsible for overseeing different activities of the area, related to recruitment processes and TA projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving continuous improvement in our talent acquisition strategies and processes.
Specific Responsibilities
Project Management: Coordinate TA projects from initiation to completion, ensuring time delivery and alignment with business goals. Work closely with HR teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the TA function. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment processes. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
KPIs and Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and outcomes (Power BI and regular reports on recruitment metrics and project progress to Chief People Officer and CEO).
Technology and Tools: Explore and stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in TA technology (AI tools). Utilize technology to streamline processes and improve candidate experience.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Hiring Managers, HRBPs and other stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies. Ensure clear communication and alignment between all parties involved in the recruitment process.
Additional Responsibilities
Supporting the TA team drafting and managing offer letters.
Supporting the TA team with onboarding processes.
Update and organize providers and headhunters agreements and information.
Manage reminders and ensure payments for the referral program.
Track visa processes with the Admin team.
Support employer branding activities.
Support ATS implementation and maintenance.
Conduct proactive mappings for repetitive roles and needs.
Ensure all job vacancies are posted internally and externally in a consistent format.
Requirements and personal skills
Education: Degree in Psychology or similar. Master in Human Resources will be an asset.
Languages: Fluent Spanish and English, knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
Experience (years/area): +5 years of experience in Project Management within a TA or HR environment. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
