Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization
- Drive profitable and sustainable growth within assigned accounts and categories, ensuring strict compliance with brand standards.
- To represent the assigned account(s) internally as an “ambassador” towards all functions and vice versa and manage all interfaces.
- To understand the assigned accounts and categories and document this by Account Fact Books.
- To develop and purpose the account strategies, formalize them by Strategic Account Plans and get sign-off by the direct superior.
- To sell-in and agree on sell-out support and formalize this by Account Marketing Plans.
- To monitor sell-out and the order book continuously and ensure reliable and cost-efficient supply for the account.
- To support negotiation and enforcement of adidas Group trade terms.
- Push the digital channels of the assigned Account through continuous advice on brand positioning and strategic plans that seek the success of our brand in the e-commerce of our customers.
- High analytical skills for strategy development and business planning.
- Strong interpersonal skills: Very good communications and negotiating abilities as well as high presentation, relationship management and facilitation skills.
- High influence capability.
- Commercial and business acumen knowledge (e.g. sales, trade marketing, finance and controlling).
- Strong decision taking and determination and shows high initiative and pragmatism to the business.
- Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn. Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Shows high initiative and pragmatism to the business.
- Strongly focused on goals achievement.
- Fluent in written and spoken Spanish as well as English.
- IT skills: Advanced MS Office Skills. SAP knowledge is an added plus.
- University degree in business with sales or marketing focus.
- Specialist: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience within large sales organizations, ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG.
- Exposure: Sports, Marketing, Supply Chain.
